Q: Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Absolutely not. In fact, most of our customers prefer not to be home when we clean because they like to walk in and see the transformation instantly!

Q: How do I pay for my home cleaning?

Payment is due on the day of each cleaning. We take Venmo, Zelle and Debit Card payments.

Q: Does a first-time house cleaning take longer than maintenance cleaning?

Most of the time yes, House cleaning is hard work. The first time we come in to clean your home or office, the job of scrubbing is intense as we strive to get all areas cleaned up to our high standards. Depending on the initial level of grime and clutter, a first-time cleaning can take up to 2 times longer than your subsequent cleanings. For example, it takes longer to clean a tub or shower that has a lot more buildup than a tub that’s been cleaned frequently.

Q: Does CMA supply all the equipment?

Of course, we arrive with all supplies and tools necessary to make your home or office shine. We also bring our own freshly laundered soft cotton towels to clean with and our products are earth-friendly and either unscented or low scented. We only require from our clients to provide a vacuum for the ultimate in sanitation. No cleaning service can properly clean a vacuum between houses. This exposes your home to germs and pet dander from the other houses they clean. Back up vacuum can be provided for emergencies if needed.

Q: Do you send an individual or a team of cleaners?

Most often we send a solo cleaner to clean your house. If your house is very large and requires more than 4 hours to clean, we will send a team of 2. You will have the same technician(s) cleaning your house every time.

Q: Am I able to leave a note for the team?

All communication needs to be through the office. You can send an email , call or send a text message to our office.

Q: What Days are we available for work?

We are available to make your home shine Monday through Friday. Openings are available for either a one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services.

Q: Will you come on the same day and at the same time for each clean?

Your cleaning will be assigned to be performed on the same day every time. However, while we can commit to a specific day, there might be some factors throughout the day that may affect our actual arrival time. You will receive a notification from our technician when they are on their way.
